Palmer Commons offers flexible conference and meeting space, accommodating up to 274 people.
Palmer Commons is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and all of our event spaces are ADA accessible.
The conference areas are on the fourth through sixth floors of the building, one flight above the main Palmer Commons entrance and the Windows Room.
On the fourth floor is the 140-seat auditorium Forum Hall, a 1400- square-foot atrium perfect for receptions, and the 3200-square-foot Great Lakes Room, a divisible multipurpose room that can be used for many different functions.
On the fifth floor you'll find an 800-square-foot atrium that can be used for receptions.
The sixth floor has five exquisite boardrooms that seat 14-18 people each, and a 1000-square-foot atrium that can accommodate 100 for receptions.
