Audio Visual Vendor Expectations

To remain on the Palmer Commons pre-approved vendor list, audiovisual vendors must:

  • Provide all necessary equipment, including accessories such as gaff tape, carts, and cable management supplies.
  • Adhere to scheduled room access times and all Palmer Commons facility policies.
  • Conduct themselves professionally and courteously with building staff, clients, and partner vendors.
  • Follow all building procedures and staff instructions.
  • Clearly communicate setup requirements and access times to event clients.
  • Confirm all setup and scheduling needs with Palmer Event Services prior to the event.
