While the Michigan Union is closed for renovation and fewer meeting and event spaces are available, we’ve adjusted student booking policies at the Palmer Commons to accommodate student organization needs. These policies are in effect for events occurring Fall and Winter semesters between September 4, 2018 to December 20, 2019.
Each registered student organization can schedule:
- Up to 30 hours per semester in free meeting rooms (in 1-hour increments)
- Up to 50 hours per semester in charged meeting rooms (minimum 2-hour event)
