We have added a Reflection Room at Palmer Commons for the University of Michigan community to use for structured or unstructured reflection, meditation or prayer. The room (3024) is adjacent to our Welcome Desk and features a carpeted floor, yoga mats, round ottomans, a table with santizer and a West facing window.
For access, please see the Welcome Desk staff.
We’ve transitioned to a flat hourly rate for rooms that have built-in audio-visual equipment. These rooms include the Great Lakes Room, Forum Hall, Plaza Room and our Executive Boardroom. The rooms are fully equipmed with AV and there is a 3 hour minimum reserve time. We are here to make your events easier for you. No more carrying your own equipment across campus. One of our skilled staff members will have the AV ready to go when you walk in your room!
