Introducing the Meeting Owl

Meetings can be difficult to plan—simply because it's hard to get your work all in the same place at the same time. Video conferencing has been the go-to solution for connecting with your co-workers who are working remotely, but the hassle of using all of the different equipment can sometimes cause more problems than it does solutions.

Palmer Commons has become the nesting place for a new piece of technology called The Meeting Owl.

Executive Boardroom

Our Boardroom 5 has been upgraded to an Executive Boardroom with built in audio visual equipment and new chairs! Additions to the room include a glass whiteboard, an 86 inch Smart TV and JBL external speakers. The Smart TV has the capability to display wirelessly, or through an HDMI input mounted on the wall below. Clients are able to use the TV in place of a portable projector.

Ask our Event Services staff how you can integrate our new Meeting Owl into your remote meeting.
