Exhibition Statement from the artist:
The World We Inherit is a three-part collage exploring the idea that no generation begins with a blank world. We are born into landscapes, histories, cultures, conflicts, technologies, and systems that existed before us. Through images taken from different times and contexts, these pieces examine what humanity passes from one generation to the next and question what we will ultimately leave behind.
